Systems Management

Since I was a child, I’ve enjoyed creating order from chaos. With fifteen-plus years of program development and management, plus a Master of Social Work degree and Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership, I’m adept at turning ideas into successful programs and setting the policies and bones needed for strong organizations. I zoom in to details, zoom out to big picture, and listen to the unique needs of each client to determine what will work best for their needs and goals. Let’s discuss how I can organize systems and infrastructure to get your project running efficiently.

PAST Projects

  • I created administrative procedures, filing systems, EHR platform default settings, and updated practice policies for a new therapy private practice. This included writing email templates for client intake and creating a monthly billing review process. Implementation of new account auditing and billing procedures garnered $25,000 in previously unpaid claims within the first six months!

  • I had the honor of working with a distinguished writer, presenter, Holocaust survivor, and former professor who needed assistance organizing his personal, vocational, and family files. I sorted through thousands of documents and created a filing system to help him access his medical files, financial files, professional archives, personal writings, and U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum volunteer files. We worked together to sort and preserve hundreds of photos, documents, and mementos from his family’s lived experience of the Nazi occupation of Prague and post-war restitution efforts. Using museum-grade preservation materials, I created a set of family archives to secure the preservation and accessibility of his family history for generations.

  • Created a new COVID-19 Relief program in five weeks, including the CRM, program policies, referral forms, application documents, and staff training. The program processed double the amount of aid and number of applications than the organization’s core assistance programs, ultimately distributing $525K to pay 865 bills for more than 650 households.
